After being Mrs. Foy's assistant for three years, Miss Moore became more and more interested in the Montessori philosophy. .... As an educator, I always wanted to keep learning right along with the children. The Montessori method has enabled me to do this. ... Montessori is designed for children, meeting their needs. Mrs. Snider has brought many innovative ideas of record keeping, parent communication, and constructive use of materials to the Primary classes at Arborland. She was the obvious choice for Assistant Principal of the Primary section of the school when the position became available. ... I am also GATE (Gifted And Talented Education) certified from UCI, University of California, Irvine.
