To me children are the makers of tomorrow. They are the ones who will shape this world to be a better or a worse place. I once heard, that past has long gone and future is yet to come, your present is your destiny, so lets try to live in present. Lets try to make improvements and contributions in our children's lives right now, right at this moment. I believe not to let the moments pass us by. Because a moment gone has gone forever. more >>

... In my long teaching career, this firing of a child’s imagination is what I enjoy the most. This is one of the reasons why I have always loved being a teacher because of the sense of guidance that I get to share joyfully with each child I meet every single year. It is this whole sense of nurturing the child that has made me the person that I am today. It’s a natural occurrence that happens --- I guide the children by following their inner needs. Isn’t that wonderful? more > >

As an educator, I always wanted to keep learning right along with the children. The Montessori method has enabled me to do this. ... Montessori is designed for children, meeting their needs. We must "look to the children as our guide to what we need to do in the classroom. We must observe, stimulate, spark the imagination and challenge the children to become who they are suppose to be."

... I find the children to be eager to learn, value knowledge and are curious and insightful. Arborland provides them with an excellent foundation in which to build their education. more > >
