Why It is Important to Use Your Manners

Updated: Jul 9, 2020

By Jacob, 4th Grade

It is important to use your manners because if you don’t, you will get in trouble and be treated like you treat others. So if I kept interrupting a conversation, if I had a conversation someone will interrupt me as I did to them. Manners can also be like keeping your elbows off the table. If you put your elbows on the table, you might knock down a cup or something.

Don't forget your manners!

Examples of manners are: keeping quiet until it is your time to speak, keeping your elbows off the table, being kind to other people’s things, and not shouting at someone. Well, you can shout when you are playing sports, but not in a class.

Manners have to be followed ALWAYS.
