Arborland Students Soar at the 18th Annual Fullerton City Scholastic Chess Championship

Arborland students soared once again at the 18th Annual Fullerton City Scholastic Chess Championship, held at Ladera Vista Junior High School on May 9th. The event was proudly sponsored by the Fullerton Lions Club.

We’re proud to recognize the following Arborland students who represented our school with focus, determination, and great sportsmanship: Donovan Wong, Phoenix Courthian, Rishi Iyer, Kaylie Yao, Sophia Kim, and Wyatt McLean.

We celebrate their efforts and commend them for continuing to uphold Arborland’s tradition of excellence in chess.
